Refund/Cancellation Policy

There will be no refunds once the player is signed up and registered for any B. Scott Basketball Academy activities. If the player cancels or is unable to attend a credit will be added to their account and they will be allowed to use it for another B. Scott Basketball Academy activity.

Loyalty Cards

Once you buy a loyalty card there will be no refunds.
This card is not transferable to another person.
Loyalty cards are good for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Individual/Group Lessons

All cancellations have to be made at least one day before the scheduled lesson. If you cancel the day of the scheduled lesson you will be charged for that lesson.

COVID-19/PayPal Payment

If an event has to be cancelled because of COVID-19 and you paid through Paypal you will receive your full registration fee back minus the 3% charged that the B. Scott Basketball Academy incurs from PayPal.

Travel Cost

There is a travel fee if you would like workouts to be done at your house or school gym. The fee depends on the distance.

Returned Checks

There will be a $35 charge for all returned checks.

Tournaments

There will be no refunds or credits given after the refund deadline date stated for that tournament.
